Terms & Conditions - Summary

  • For the safety of all dogs in our home, we will not accept entire male dogs (not castrated), bitches that are in season or likely to be coming into season during their stay, puppies under 12 months old, or dogs registered under the Dangerous Dogs Act of 1991.
     
  • As dogs are boarded in our own home, we will not accept giant breeds, dogs who are excessively 'vocal', who drool excessively or who are known to chew or be destructive.
     
  • Your dog must be sociable and non-aggressive with other dogs. You will need to provide consent by completing the Registration Form for your dog to be boarded and exercised alongside dogs from other households.
     
  • Your dog must be fully house trained and continent.
     
  • For the safety and well-being of all dogs in our home, your dog must be fully up to date with vaccinations, and be free from all parasites including fleas, ticks, worms. Proof of vaccinations will be required. Dogs will not be accepted without proof.
     
  • Acceptance of a new booking for dogs who have not stayed with us before is subject to a successful pre-visit where owners are required to bring their dog/s to meet us and to ensure compatibility with our own dog. Where a new booking will be for more than 3 nights, an overnight trial is required.
     
  • It is the owners responsibility to tell us of any problems with their dogs health, walking, behaviour, special diets etc.
     
  • Owners will have full responsibility for any vets bills incurred during their dogs' stay with us.
     
  • Beds, collar and lead, food and any medication for the duration of the stay must be provided by the owner. Stainless steel bowls will be provided by us if required.
     
  • The 'Registration Form' must be completed, signed and returned together with a 10% non-refundable deposit in order for your booking to be secured. See link below.
